Curry leaves, onion, coconut oil, coconut milk, curry powder, ginger
Instructions
- Roast pumpkin with coconut oil until soft (170 degrees for 40 mins)
- Saute curry leaves, grated ginger and onion in coconut oil until soft and fragrant
- Add some curry powder to taste
- Add roasted pumpkin
- Add coconut milk
- Blend and season with salt
- Enjoy!
